"3 appointments in a row that were a disaster."

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I have three appointments and each on e has been a disaster. The first one I had to wait for over 2.5 hours to see a doctor at outpatients. I had an appointment at 09:00 and was not seen until 11:30. No apology was offered for this.

I then had a further appointment for an endoscopy and was made to wait for over 2 hours again because someone had 'overlooked' me.

Today I had a follow up appointment with the gastroenterology consultant. I turned up in plenty of time only to be told that his clinic had been cancelled due to an audit. No attempt had been made to let me know of this. I spoke with the consultant's secretary who was very officious and completely unapologetic.

I fail to see how this hospital had an outstanding rating.
