"The support I got was second to none"

I want to say that before I got cfs/me I led a very active life, I am now 59yrs young and had abundance of energy up untill Jan 2008. When I got flu and a severe chest infection it struck me down and I was diagnosed with cfs/me. At the time I was on 20mg of anti depressants for mood swings with the menapause, I ended up having to go on a 150mg due to how the cfs/me affected me. I got help from my G.P. Dr Whiteker who refferd me to Dr Wright at brieghtmet health centre. After seeing Dr Wright I was put on his program with his councelor Maureen Parry. I want to express all the help and support I got from Maureen and Dr Wright. I was at a very big low in my life with many other problems going on! The support I got was second to none! I feel very lucky that at a time in my life when I needed help I was given the best people who under stood cfs/me and all the symptoms I was suffering. I especialy want to thank Maureen my councelor for so much help and understanding with all the problems I had!!
