"Investigation of lump on breast"

About: Princess Anne Hospital

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone I met.

At no point did I feel uncomfortable or that i was not being listened to. A cyst was diagnosed and immediately drained. I was given verbal and written information and was told to I could come back at any time if I was worried. I would however warn anyone about the parking! Spaces are very small, if you drive a medium or big car you will struggle to park it.

Thank you for telling us about your treatment and care. We trust you are making a good recovery.

Your praise has been shared with matron for the area to share with the wider team.

I am sorry that the car parking posed some difficulties. I can confirm that there are plans already in progress. We have recently opened an additional multi storey care park on the main hospital site and this will allow us to redesign the parking spaces at the Princess Anne Hospital. We will unfortunately loose a few spaces but the remaining spaces will be of an improved size.

Whilst I hope you don't need to visit PAH again, if you do you should find an improvement - hopefully before the end of the year.
