"Aldershot Centre for health Parking"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the Aldershot centre of health as Frimley Park has moved their glicoma visits to that facility. My wife had to drive me due to the eye tests requiring drops which prohibited me to drive. We had parked in the facility in enough time to get into my appointment, and paid for an hours stay.

I have now received a £60 fine for over staying my car park stay, I believe this was due to the delay in me being seen for the appointment and receiving action from your staff.

Please note both my wife and I are over seventy years old and have visited the centre before without occurring a fine. I did not see any signs at the time of exit due to my drops effecting my sight and my wife did not understand the newly applied system.

I would not mind if the £60 fine went to Frimley Park however I don't believe it does.

The parking system should be aligned to your hospitals appointments, which should be organised or better planned
