The junior nursing staff were kind and did offer us tea.
What could be improved
6 hours is to long to wait for medical staff
More information should be given.
Little understanding of the fear a teenager feels when confronted with very ill/elderly people.
More medical staff

My 18 year granddaughter admitted to Emu from Weymouth Hospital at 6pm was not seen by a doctor until 11-45pm. and then it was only because she was going to discharge herself. We were not told until 11-45pm that they wanted her to stay in overnight. A six hour wait to see a doctor for someone so young, with an existing heart condition is unacceptable.
