Today I took my 90 year old dad to his out patient appointment. We had to wait 40 minutes but I really didn't mind because the doctor was so nice. The doctor spent a great deal of time going through all dad's investigations, explaining exactly what each result means. The doctor was so positive and spoke directly to dad in a loud clear voice. I am a nurse and I have worked in the NHS for 40 years, this doctor is a credit to Tameside and their profession.
