My appointment was cancelled due to a member of staff's absence at FVRI and next opportunity was weeks away, but I was fitted in at the tail end of another's already busy schedule ( Dr Miller, Dermatology) within a week. When I arrived 40 minutes early, I was taken immediately as the previous three patients hadn't turned up !!!

... and we blame the NHS for waiting times !!

The procedure was carried ou painlessly and efficiently with sparkling repartee from the David and Christine team.
