Waiting times for appointments post assessments are ridiculous!

I had to ring back to check I was still on the waiting list and they hadn't forgotten about me.

Needless to say I received zero support during this waiting time!

When I finally had an appointment they decided that the route we were going to go down wasn't what was needed anymore so ad to go on yet another waiting list to see the appropriate person for the appropriate care!

They are there for mental health yet don't treat you with dignity and respect, the receptionist is awful and rude.

When I met with someone I was taken through my pervious attendance history, felt like I was being told off because I missed appointments or discharged myself, yes this is mental health life isn't plain sailing!

So if you are happy to wait months to get an appointment this is your ideal option, if not then I advise looking elsewhere.
