I went to my doctor this morning about a headache and he organised for me to go to the AUU at watford general. I was quite anxious as I did not know if anything was wrong, but the staff were lovely. The Nurse listened and spoke with a calm and considerate tone. I was waiting for a while but at no point did I feel that I was ‘putting them out’. At all points I felt cared for and looked after. Very happy with their kind and considerate manner today :) thank you watford general!
