I recently had a total knee replacement. from beginning to end of the whole process, i can only praise all aspects. My surgeon and anethatist were miracle workers in my mind. Nursing on the ward was fantastic, very attentive and understanding. If you needed anything you only had to ask. Behind the scenes the admin clerical staff always had me well informed on appointments. The physio are so good, encouraging but very firm aswell, I knew the expectations required to be able to leave. I never expected the service of the occupational therapist, asking questions and setting me up for my return home, everything ran very smoothly. If you had to go into a hospital for treatment this is the one to be in. Congratulations to all those who make a patient's stay bearable in the circumstances.
