About: North Tyneside General Hospital / General surgery

From arriving at 07.30 at the day surgery unit the care I received was outstanding. Following my hysterectomy I needed an over night stay, I was admitted on to ward 7. From arriving on to the ward to discharge the following day it was obvious to see that this ward was very busy 24 hours a day. I was very anxious about my procedure but was reassured throughout. I can’t thank you all enough. Special mention to the very friendly domestic and to the nursing assistants and staff nurses who work non stop you are all worth so much more.
