"Outpatient appointments for myself and family"

We have had a number of separate appointments in this hospital over the years before and since the adverse reports, and in every case have been treated quickly, and with immense respect. Outpatient appointments range from those for my 96 yr old mother in Opthalmology, Audiology, Xray and ECG, myself in Orthotics, Endocrinology and Audiology, and my husband for a prostate biopsy. The gentle courtesy, and consideration for her frailty shown with my mother could not have been better. The hospital is convenient, central and easily accessed by the disabled enabling me as a carer to manage appointments with a wheelchair bound mother. A big shout out to all concerned, thankyou all, you are doing a great job.
