Wow..You should be very proud of all your staff in.Endoscopy.

I felt.nervous about my two investigations today but everyone was so brilliant. Everything was explained and it wasn't as bad as I thought. You should be very round of them all. A great big thank.you to the team.today. They all.deserve a pay rise...Keep.up the good work...Thank you so.much...

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the Endoscopy Department Staff.

It is always good to know that the staff support the patients at what is a very worrying time for them. We are all aware how nervous patients can be about undergoing any procedures in Endoscopy so to be assured by you that staff efforts are working and valued by patients is really good to know.

I will ensure that the staff are aware of you views and as Matron I am very proud of them.Once again many thanks
