A lack of understanding and empathy, or any kind of human reaction was devoid from this establishment. I found this extremely unhelpful and made me feel worse rather than better. The summary of actions from the follow-up letter sent made it clear to me that they had not listened. This experience makes me not want to undertake any help from such an organisation ever again.
I understand that resources are tight, but the inability to dictate clear information from my mouth to them and reproduce it to a written form is clearly not within their skill set. I did not get anything positive out of this service what so ever. The expected outcome was not "go to the internet". As someone who has studied psychology at university I think I am competent of assessing my own situation and what areas of service I require. It was clear in my mind what needed to happen in order to put me on a forward path.
Disgusted.
"Pathetic level of "service"."
