"Exceptional experience"

I attended Grantham Hospital on Friday 13th October for a CT Scan, and I have to give my thanks to all of the staff there. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel comfortable, calm and at ease, and for making me laugh during my procedure, which is what I needed because I was particularly nervous. I have so much admiration for everyone at the hospital. You do such a wonderful job and I would like to thank the nurse who tended to me in particular throughout my scan. The nurse was and is an absolute credit to their profession.

Furthermore, I would like to thank you for sending a letter to me describing my results the following day. I was not expecting this, and I find it just marvelous. We are truly lucky in this country to have such a committed range of people taking care of us. I'm very grateful to my consultant for this, who has been excellent.
