After my son was prescribed anti biotics he suffered an allergic reaction& woke up with a severely swollen face.his eyes were near to closing and with weeping blisters on his cheeks he was a very distressed baby (15mnths)after waiting in a&e for over an hour his temperature was taken.we was taken to the childrens a&e with a further hour wait.finally a doctor looked at my sons face &simply replied "um sorry I have no idea what this is"!! No medication was given,no after advice,no further temperature was given.we was simply told to go to the pharmacy.I am absolutly discusted with my sons poor care&deeply upset.especially for a child as young as this.we have made the decicion to get private healthcare after we was so badly let down by the so called proffesionals.
