"We haven't heard anything"

About: Highbury Hospital

(as a relative),

My wife was assessed in February. We were told she would be invited back to meet other patients.

But as of yet we haven't heard anything. As my wife is, she feels neglected

Hello, my name is Jane Danforth. My role involves helping our service users, volunteers and staff to understand that Notts Healthcare wants to hear stories about our services. We reply to every story and it really helps us to improve what we do, how we do it and to hear about what works well too.

Dear easynote

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am so sorry to hear that your wife feels neglected and we apologise for the delay. Before I can find out why there is a delay would you be able to let me know what service or department you visited at Highbury Hospital?

When I know where your wife was seen I can make sure you are contacted by the staff member who can give you more information.

If you prefer to contact me on e-mail please write to me on:

jane.danforth@nottshc.nhs.uk or you can call me on 0115 9529430

Warm Regards

Jane
