"Left feeling like dirt"

About: West Suffolk Hospital / Older people's healthcare

I was told by my medical professional that being a diabetic and prone to many infections should call an ambulance if I have a problem. I called for an ambulance back in may 2017

after waiting for six hours a doctor came to see me,and said they would give me some antibiotics. When the nurse gave me the antibiotics they told me not to waste their time again with a trivial condition. Last week I was admitted with pneumonia, when asked I Told the doctor what was said to me.

And told me that an investigation would be made regarding the nurse in question!
