"Poor communication"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as a service user),

I feel like they do not know what they are doing. In my opinion, they lose urgent patients in the system,  shout at the patients when they complain.

I believe they tell your MP one thing and then do another. They send out diagnoses in the post, but send nothing to the G P, is there is no one who knows anything when you receive the letter.

They slope their shoulders.

I will not reenter the building.
