What could be improved

The nurses need to start nursing. Less paperwork, more sitting with patients, making them warm and comfy. I never once saw a nurse put a blanket over my elderly father's legs, instead they left him to freeze in a chair by a window.

Let the sister do the paperwork. And in 2 months i never even knew there is in fact a Matron...where was she all that time!!

This hospital neglects, terribly, patients who are not medical/surgical. Cannot fault the surgical care, but my fathers mental health was neglected. We could not get a psychiatrist to him, as they refused.

We are taking further action against them.

Anything else?

Given a choice, would have picked a different hospital.
