"I had excellent care and was treated with respect"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had to be persuaded to have my operation by my family because I didn't want to go into hospital. I was discharged yesterday after a very good experience. I had excellent care, and  was treated with respect by very professional and hard working staff. The ward was very clean and the facilities excellent.
