"Horrendous waiting time to see doctor"

We took our child who was severely ill to emergency department and there time on board was 1:30 hrs to 2 :30 hrs but we waited more than 4 hours even her medicine was due and given after 45 minutes later than due time very bad service.atlast we been to childrens ward another example we have seen which was failure of professional ethics there chart shows 30 min to see nurse and 40 min to doctor but again more than 4 hours more than 4 hours waited to examined the child even it wasnt busy and this is happened wuth every parents and every one was annoyed so management need to wake up please this time is horrendous we aware of shortage of staff but children cant wait 8 or 10 hrs to see the doctor....
