Thank you for my Life.

I go back to Sept 1999 at the time suffering from Angina I needed a Heart Bypass in order to cure my problem.

After a period of 6 months I had the call to attend Ward 10 at that time where an eminent Heart Surgeon & team would conduct quadruple bypass which I can say was nothing but totally successful. I owe my life at the moment extended up to 18 years plus. I can never thank th esurgeon & all of the staff at the time enough and will be for ever eternally grateful to all of the staff in ward 10. No wonder the NHS is the envy of many countries. I have received 5 Star service throughout.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience 18 years ago.

It is wonderful to read that the care and attention of the staff at that time have not only extended your life but left you with life long memories of a 5 star service.

I will pass your feedback on to the Cardiology team as I am sure they will be thrilled to have a patient from 1999 show how their high standard of care has impacted your life 18 years on.
