"Not the best way to spend the day"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Rheumatology

I had a 9.30am appointment and wasn't seen by a doctor until gone 12.30pm. What I would expect to be a morning off work turned out to be an entire day, after subsequent blood tests and x-rays. I've had on-hold calls cut off when I've tried to contact the hospital.
