following removal of cervical polyps at another hospital as colp appointment cancelled at women's due to staffing. This was the only negative which caused delay and increased anxiety changing hospital mid treatment.

6 days post removal of cervical polyps woke in early hours to heavy bleeding and abdopain

called emergency department and advice from night nurse was very clear and supportive.

bleeding settled then started again attended department and quickly welcomed made at ease and reassured by night nurse thank you for the cup of tea an offer of analgesia promptly.

greeted by nurse in charge who explained nurse specialist would look after me.

every area was spotless clean an bright

Assessed and treated by lovely nurse specialist and their assistant practioner.

examination was thorough kind and caring with good explanations. Lots of support from assistant practioner during examination thank you it helped me relax.

thorough explanation referral and next steps nurse specialist very knowledgeable I couldn't have received better care if I was royalty..

I felt safe and respected at all times through what can be an embarrassing procedure
