What I liked

I visited the A&E department of Barnet hospital in September with a bad back and pains down my leg. The pain was severe and I was in no mood to be waiting or treated badly.

Unfortunatly, when I got there it was full and I resigned myself to along and painfull wait, however the staff were all professional from .those that logged me in to those that took my bloods and x-ray.

The staff were very busy but still had the time to talk me through all the processes. Can you perticularly extend my thanks to caroline for easing my blood taking.

I am tempted to add how much more pleasent the experiance would have been if staff had not been so busy.

What could be improved

I think you could save some costs by reusing the changing bags given to people during x-ray.

The department was cramped and could do with more space for patient safety.
