"Totally Disgusted"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

Don't go here.

Consultant gave me no choice or options about treatment - I just got told what treatment I was going to get - apparently I was going to have no say in the matter what so ever.

Nor did they offer any information regarding possible side effects etc. Surely a patient should have the right to make an informed choice about their treatment?

Couch in the consultation room was covered in a sheet with a very obvious blood stain on it.
