I just wanted to write to say that my husband and I have recently had a baby via a surrogate at Coventry hospital (11.9.17). Although the birth was stressful and unfortunately ended up being a Caesarean section delivery, the staff were brilliant and were very supportive of both us and the surrogate, even though they were extremely busy. We were able to stay with the baby in one of the family rooms for a couple of days until the baby was discharged which was a wonderful experience and we really appreciate having this opportunity. It really helped with the family bonding process and we felt we had as much support as we needed. We just wanted to thank all the staff involved and say how grateful we were for this amazing start to our new family life!
"Amazing support"
