(as a service user),

i have been using this service for some time and have found it very beneficial to be able to share experiences with other people. The network has  been very good for me, the team leader, Vicky, is knowledgeable, listens to what I have to say and we have a good rapport. I have found the Inclusion service better than the one that existed previously, Inclusion staff seem to be understanding - I wish my GP was more understanding!

The two aspects that could be improved are having another psychiatric nurse and a psychologist offering CBT in Huntingdon. We have to travel to travel to Cambridge to see a psychiatrist  or psychologist, getting to Huntingdon is not too bad but when you are going through a bad time getting further afield such as Cambridge is a challenge.

Thanks for your comments. We are extremely proud of our Family Service so it is great to hear some fantastic comments. We know that substance misuse can have a huge impact on family members and this can be extremely tough to live with. I will pass on your kind words about Vicky.

In terms of access to a Psychiatrist or Psychologist, that is not something we provide within Inclusion Cambridgeshire. However we would be more than keen to help you have the discussion with the mental health team if that is something you would like. If so please speak to Vicky or any other member of the team.
