I have been travelling hundreds of miles every few weeks for 12 years, for my daughter to be seen by Children's Dentistry / Orthodontics.

The clinical staff are excellent and look after my daughter extremely well.

Trying to get through on the 'phone - impossible.

Reception staff - very often rude and unhelpful.

Trying to rearrange appoints through the reception - have just taken two hours to get through to anyone who will answer the phone.

Unhelpful as per usual.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the clinical care that daughter has received we are concerned about your experience with the reception staff. We are experiencing problems with are telephone system which we are trying to resolve, however staff should not be rude and to patients and their families. We will speak to the Reception Team about the importance of treating patient and their families with courtesy and respect.
