(as a service user),

I just had CBT with Inclusion Matters. Therapist Leanne was competent, professional and knowledgeable about many aspects of mental health. Although CBT was not suitable for my situation, Leanne listened, offered  advice at her disposal and made me feel human and not just another patient. Options about the treatment and what happens is clearly pointed out and that's down to Leanne's professional approach.

Dear Shadowplay. Thank you very much for your feedback. Although CBT was not suitable for your situation, it sounds as though you have had a positive experience with Inclusion Matters. I hope you were able to access a more suitable treatment option. Good luck with everything.
