I would like to express my thanks to David and Doreen in Ambulatory Care, Forth Valley Hospital, Larbert

The procedure was explained thoroughly and simply to me and I felt at complete ease during it, the bedside manner of both staff was exemplary and the good natured conversation was a bonus and yes awwww does describe baby pandas so thanks again
