Waited one and a half hours to be seen and when I tried to ask one of the clinic nurses they just ignored me. Finally a friendlier member of staff enquired for me about my appointment. When I finally saw a consultant my MRI result still wasn’t available even though I’d had it six weeks earlier. Total chaos and very disappointing.
