"A & E experience"

About: Hillingdon Hospital / Accident and emergency

After seeing the doctor they told me to go to Hillingdon hospital A&E for blood test and X-rays arrived at 3 pm at 4.15 roughly saw the urgent care nurse 2 hrs later (5 pm went to desk lovely person says we are waiting for your blood results Surprised I was and asked how did they get my blood when I haven’t seen anyone yet apologies directed me to find out how this happened in the meantime I am called by the assessment nurse again a lovely person smiling and concerned went through what was wrong and said I will send you for blood test and I said according to your system I have already had one so they rang someone and told them to correct the error on the system by 5. 15 had the blood test and have to wait 1hr then at 5.20 had X-rays and asked again to wait until the results get back 6.30pm still waiting to be seen by doctor 6.45 saw the doctor and result overall a fantastic experience apart from the timing it took released at 7pm
