I attended the Radiology Dept on 11.10.17 at 4 p.m. for the x-ray of my foot. They asked my to lie down and took two x-ray images of my foot without providing any protective cover for the rest of my body.
I saw some protective covers nearby and asked the person who had done the x-ray why they had not provided the protective cover for me. Their reply was that because I was past child bearing age, the protective cover was not required. They said to me that next time they would provide the protective cover. What nerve! Can you see how they treat people?
What do they know about their clients and risks? It would have taken just one second to give me a protective cover, it would not have hurt them to do it. They do not care about people and this attitude is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed!!
