"Staff go to great lengths to meet the needs of the people in their care"

About: Limes / Limes Unit (Dementia Service)

Involved in decisions

I am writing on behalf of my mother and I; her cousin has been at The Limes Unit in Southall, London (Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Service The Limes Unit), for a few years now.

As next of kin, my mother has always been invited to meetings and involved in decisions about her cousin's care. That care has been excellent, the staff go to great lengths to meet the needs of the people in their care, and it is the first place where her cousin has felt truly safe and secure since her mother died.
