"I was so impressed with the prompt way he was seen"

I would like to say a Massive thank you to the A&E department for the prompt treatment of my son who sustained a head injury whilst playing football. I drove my son to the Beacon and I was so impressed with the prompt way he was seen, within 10 minutes, the speed in which he received a CT scan and the subsequent admission to the children’s department, who were also excellent in caring for my son.

Not enough praise is given to the hard working staff and I would like to tell them how brilliant they are and how comforted I felt with the way they cared for my son, I would have got no better treatment had I paid! ! ! ! !
