Staff attitude

The Medical Assessment Unit staff, including a very helpful ward clerk and ward staff on Rookwood B were brilliant looking after my Dad.

They listened to his needs and always made time for us and went out of their way to help. They treated other patients with respect and I saw patience, kindness and just generally how people should be treated whilst in hospital. Hats off to them.

This is lovely to read and will mean a lot to our colleagues on the Medical Assessment Unit and Rookwood B.

This is the standard of excellent care with compassion that we strive to offer and we hope for our own friends and family.
