Attended the Orthopaedics outpatient clinic today at the Lister. Very impressed with the speed, efficiency and courtesy of all staff from the receptionist to nurses, X-Ray specialists and the consultants.
Explained clearly what my proposed procedure will be.
Also went to the pre-op assessment centre and was seen very quickly as well.
Excellent all round!
