I read the reviews on this site before my appointment and am pleased to be able to say that all the comments about the kind and caring nature of the staff are fully justified.

From reception onwards, all the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and reassuring.

Although dreading the cystoscopy, it was a quick, straightforward procedure and pain free.

What was most striking was the extent to which the staff went to to put me at ease, to let me know what was going to happen and to maintain my dignity.

It was clear that the staff work well as a team and have patient care at the heart of what they do.

Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.

I am so pleased to hear about your experience within our Urology service at Malton, Norton and District Hospital, it's great to hear that all the staff you saw were kind and caring and that our staff went out of their way to make you feel reassured and welcomed.

We are very proud of our staff and we know that they always strive to provide the best service to our patients; it's great to get feedback from our patients reflecting this.

I hope that all is well and that you will receive the same high standard of care should you need our services again in the future.
