"Exceptional care"

I would like to give positive feedback on my recent stay at DVH, Oak Ward. My care was exceptional, I was kept informed. Staff were responsive, effective and caring. I was made to feel safe at all times and nothing was too much trouble. The staff took time to talk to me, showed that they actually cared. They smiled. All staff played an active role in the running of the ward. The staff were respectful to each other and you could also tell they actually liked each other. Patients were happy, visitors were made welcome. Food was served politely and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate all patients. The ward was clean. The doctors were patient, polite and held an exemplary bedside manner. They had a sense of humour and they got the job done.
