"Pleasantly Surprised"

After reading some negative reviews about this Clinic

I was a little apprehensive about my appointment. However I have to say the treatment I received from everybody was 100%. I had received a phone call asking me could my appointment be put back one hour as the consultant expected to take longer with one of their earlier patients than anticipated. I was pleased about this as you would just have to wait longer at other clinics. On arrival reception was pleasant, polite and helpful. The consultant had the same good attitude. The consultant was interested in my medical history and took note of everything I said. After a very thorough examination the consultant decided to follow up with a referral to Queen Victoria Hospital in Blackpool. Again, the consultant was quite concerned about my travel arrangements to Blackpool because I live in Morecambe. I give this consultant and all the staff 100% and would absolutely recommend this Clinic. Garstang is also a lovely place so I got an early bus to have a walk around. Very interesting. I must visit market day next time.
