"Heartbreaking when I shouldn't have been happy"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Maternity care

42 weeks pregnant went in to Be induced. From the moment I walked through the door to the ment i left I was treated like a child.

The term 'first time mother' was used so many times in such a disresectful way I was left feeling so vulnerable and upset.

Staff had no care about emotional needs and left me alone for hours after giving birth over night when they knew I couldn't even move to lift my baby from the cot.

So upset with the service. The best day of my life was quickly turned into the worst experience of my life after the way I was treated
