About: Edgbaston Hospital

Had a great outcome of my surgery.this due to my choice of surgeon ...I felt the treatment given by the hospital very poor. It promises you will be checked hourly. This did not happen.I was left two and three hours without seeing a nurse.After my surgeon removed my dressings for discharch and left asking nurse to supervise my shower the nurse dissapeared for 1 hr 35 mins....You get adequate care def no better than NHS.The night staff were more involved and caring......God bless the the lovely person from the kitchen.......

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent experience at BMI the Edgbaston Hospital, clearly on this occasion we have not met our own rigorous standards and I would very much like to discuss this with you in more detail.
