"Exemplary treatment at the lower limb clinic"

I am not usually moved to write feedback and I am not connected to the individuals concerned, however, I have recently received exemplary treatment at the lower limb clinic on a Tuesday morning supervised by Hannah.

This treatment programme has far exceeded my expectations and has gone a long way to supporting my post-accident recovery. Hannah is both professional and attentive to each member of the group, she communicates her instructions in a very uplifting and supportive manner that encourages a positive and proactive approach to recovery that is never patronising.

Sessions are always on time and my individual treatment programme has been monitored and tweaked to meet my needs as progress has been made. I could not be more impressed in how she manages the changing group dynamic each week and how everyone is engaged positively in the decisions surrounding their health and well-being. An excellent, excellent service.
