There is one person in particular who I feel has exceeded every expectation in my eyes.

Hannah.

Your colleague has gone above and beyond her job role after the community mental health have failed to provide me with a fair service.

She has been a complete professional within her job role. No request is any hassle to her. And is always carried out timely, and always with a smile.

Hannahs job role is to advocate for me. To be my voice. And I can get 100 percent she has given me the confidence to speak up as I feel like I'm not alone.

She has also been a good listener. Which is not within her job role. I have been unwell recently and felt that no one would listen. After speaking to Hannah and talking things through I felt that I was able to carry on.

I just wanted to say how lucky you are to have this young lady within your organisation. I never write letters of compliments because I'm usually not impressed. I cannot believe the level of good service she has offered.

She is a hard worker, someone who can use process effectively but is able to see the human element of things.

I cannot thank you enough Hannah for all your hard work so far.
