"Excellent"

I was referred to New Alderley House for a small procedure.

From the receptionist who was very welcoming to the nurses and last but not least, the consultant, I cannot fault them and praise them enough for their hard work.

They are polite, understanding and are all very positive and happy. This all makes such a difference to a patient, especially an anxious one!
