Visited after damaging my knee in our cottage at Robin Hoods Bay. In an unfamiliar area it was re assuring to be treated so promptly and thoroughly. The staff were caring and friendly, and I received advice regarding use of crutches and after care to speed up recovery. I was extremely grateful and impressed with the whole unit.
