I'm afraid my experience at this clinic has not been a positive one. During one of my appointments and whilst being examined the gynaecologist answered their personal mobile phone to speak to their child, twice. It's taken over a year and 4 appointments for a diagnosis which I truly believe if more tests had been carried out in the first place, an earlier diagnosis would have been possible. I also wouldn't have used prescriptions that were treating me for the wrong thing. Trying to get an appointment that isn't 6 months away is very difficult. On one occasion the doctor forgot to refer me to another clinic and I was waiting to hear about my appointment for months until I called and queried it. When calling the clinic the person on the other end of the phone has always been rude to me. Also, it's very intimidating with 3 people in the room (doctor, trainee and nurse), not everyone feels comfortable with this and it shouldn't be assumed so. Really disappointed that I haven't received the same level of service as other reviewers who have had a positive experience.
