Took 18 months to get an appointment after referral from GP, two were cancelled and rearranged. Follow up appointments never sent out. Very difficult to speak to the secretaries even when voicemails are left leaving no way of getting repeat prescription from the treating Dr.

On behalf of the Wye Valley NHS Trust thank you for your comments in respect of the long delay in getting a Dermatology Appointment at the County Hospital.
We apologise for the delay but the Trust has experienced a high level of referrals to the Dermatology Department over the past two years.
